Established in 1992, Downs Designer Homes is locally owned and operated by Jeff & Karyn Bubeck. Jeff has been involved in the local building industry for over 30 years and is a member of both the Queensland Master Builders and Housing Industry Associations.

Downs Designer Homes is not a 'project builder.' You will not be treated as just another number in the line. You deal personally with Jeff through the design and planning stages. During construction you will be kept up-to-date and feel a part of the building and decision process.

Whilst Downs Designer Homes design and construct a varied range of homes in both style and size, we predominantly cater for the two story and prestige home market.
